Shawnese is a mother of four. Of the four, two are adopted and three have developmental disabilities. So, she is very familiar with joys and challenges that many of our consumers face. Prior to starting CES Agency, she has spent several years in this industry as a ILS instructor, case manager and administrator. Her ability to build strong professional relationships while maintaining the heart of a servant is what makes her leadership style so effective.
