Connection
Serving the Bay Area Since 2017

Real Support.
Real Independence.

We bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Dedicated Independent Living Skills (ILS) for adults in the Bay Area.

Community Enrichment Services
Our Story

Built on the belief that everyone deserves a seat at the table.

We started Community Enrichment Services in 2017 because we saw a gap. Too many agencies felt clinical, distant, or overly bureaucratic. We wanted to create a place that felt like family.

Our goal was simple: to treat every individual with the same dignity and respect we would want for ourselves. Today, we are proud to be a trusted partner for families across the Bay Area, proving that professional care can also be personal.

Common Questions

Whether you are a Case Manager needing compliance data or a parent worrying about the future, we prioritize radical transparency.

Specific Scenario?

Our Program Director reviews complex cases personally.

Contact Intake
Yes. We train our instructors to use objective, clinical language focused on measurable outcomes rather than subjective observations. Our digital reporting system ensures you receive clear, actionable data that directly aligns with the consumer's specific IPP goals.
Never. Our instructors log their session notes digitally immediately after each visit. This real-time tracking allows our operations team to monitor all due dates proactively and submit your quarterly and annual progress reports on time, so you can focus on your caseload.
We focus strictly on empowerment, not passive caretaking. Instead of doing chores for your adult child, our instructors actively teach them essential life skills—like budgeting, meal prep, and using public transit—right in their own community to build genuine, long-term independence.
No. Our Independent Living Skills (ILS) are provided entirely out in the community and in natural environments. We believe true independence is built by learning to navigate the real world, so we work with your family member at the local grocery store, the bank, or directly in their own home.
Never. We set you up for success from day one. Before you ever work independently, you will complete a mandatory Paid Training Evaluation where you will learn our core independent living pillars, documentation standards, and safety protocols so you feel completely confident and prepared.
Absolutely. You won't be bogged down by outdated paper charts or left to figure things out on your own. We provide a user-friendly mobile app for quick session logging and highly responsive management support, ensuring you never feel isolated while out in the community.
